You're running a business and your core product... and processes are in hand, but gaps prevent you from reaching your full potential. You could plug the gaps with more investment - but where would you get it, and would you get the return you want in the time you want. Whether the gaps are in technology, customer reach, supply chain or key products to round out your solutions, partners and alliances could be the path to your business growth instead of, or as a complement to direct investment.
Come hear our distinguished panel discuss the virtues and pitfalls of partnerships and alliances. The dos and don'ts, and what to look for in a partner beyond just the numbers. If you are a start-up should you be concerned about sleeping with an elephant, and if you are a guerrilla will you get your banana from the start-up in the end?
